After you have decided to participate in the industry fair, you need to contact the organizer and apply for participation. When choosing an area for an exhibition booth, take into account the technical features of the pavilion: the height of the ceilings, suspended systems of balconies, columns and other constructions. The choice of exhibition space depends on the purpose of participation in the trade fair, the size of exhibits, and the number of staff required to work at the exhibition. You can choose an unequipped space (convenient for organizations who have their own exhibition equipment or order an individual stand design and construction from real estate developers) and an equipped space in the pavilion.

When ordering an unequipped area, the utility supply will be charged additionally.

If the booth is built by the exhibitor or a third party, the basic fee for unequipped space is increased by 40%.

Depending on the booth location, the basic fee for unequipped exhibition space is increased by:

• 10% at the corner location of the booth, open from 2 sides;
  

• 20% at the corner location of the booth, open from 3 sides;

• 30% - island stand, open from 4 sides;
  

When ordering a booth with a height of more than 2.5 meters or a two-story booth, a fee is charged for each square meter of a two-story structure.
